You Don't Know What you Don't Know

Back in 2003 I found my way online and began looking for ways to make money. I soon discovered ebay and dropshipping. Spent a fortune trying to find, products, secrets, drop shippers etc.

Then by chance I found these cool swords that were really cheap. They averaged around $15 each and I soon learned that they resembled the hot movie "Lord of The Rings" .

I would put these on ebay and sell them for $40 to $100 plus shipping.

They were flying of the shelf.

Then I got this crazy email from some legal representative and I assumed it was just my Nigerian Dead Uncle.

Sword after sword was being sold not just by me but other sellers too! The company I was buying them from was starting to back order them

I was not to be out done so I ordered a rather large order

had them sent to my home and I would just mail them myself.

Had about 10 different auctions going, prices were increasing with the demand and I thought I had found my goldmine.

Then I discoverd my Nigerian Uncle was reeally not from Nigeria and probably had a degree from Harvard....

I Learned About Trademarks

Boom....No more sales ebay cut me off and shut down my site😂

Why tell this story....I just want you to know that I wanted to crawl into a hole. I had run up a credit card to buy all those swords plus I owed ebay over $300 in fees...which I didn't pay for almost 8 years.

But I didn't quit

I digested my lesson and

I moved on to my next venture.....
